—Sanwo-Olu: Lagos Rice Mill to Commence Operations Next Quarter
The Lagos State executive Babajide Sanwo-Olu during a working visit at the Lagos State Rice mill project on 10th Friday to assess the project of the construction. He said that the rice mill to start production first quarter next year. This was disclosed by Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu on Friday while on a visit to assess the project at Imota area of Ikorodu. He was accompanied by Commissioner for Agriculture, Ms. Abisola Olusanya and members of the state cabinet.
“ There are 16 silos which have combined capacity of 40,000 metric tons. Each has 2,500 metric tons. The two sections of the silos are at about 85 and 70 per cent completion.”. ”
